For IV use

The injection should not be used It contains visible particulate matter after reconstitution.
Reconstituted solution should be use immediately after preparation.
DO NOT ACCEPT IF VIAL SEAL IS BROKEN.

INDICATION: Esomeprazole is indicated for the treatment of acid-reflux disorders including healing and maintenance of erosive esophagitis, symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and peptic ulcer disease.
