For IV use

The injection should not be used It contains visible particulate matter after reconstitution.
Reconstituted solution should be use immediately after preparation.
DO NOT ACCEPT IF VIAL SEAL IS BROKEN.

INDICATION: Omeprazole Injection is indicated primarily for the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and may also be used for the treatment of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and reflux esophagitis.
